KARATE INTERNATIONAL - NATIONAL SQUAD TRAINING
Saturday the 5th March 2010 saw the new Karate International squads train at the main dojo on Leeds. The session was conducted by Sensei Martin Wilson 5th Dan and Sensei Eliot Kay 3rd Dan. The session lasted three hours and covered both competition kata and kumite.
All those that attend will be considered for selection at upcoming competitions. The standard of those that attended was fantastic and the grades ranged from total beginners to 2nd Dan.
